EFFORTLESS SUMMER STYLE.

It's no mystery which top I'm going to be living in this summer. Perhaps with denim shorts, instead of jeans... but alas, still waiting for that summer sun to fully sink in.

For me this summer is going to be all about effortless dressing. Hence why I love finding simple, but interesting pieces that are easy to style, oh and don't forget comfortable. Because, to be honest, these days I'm finding it harder and harder to bother with pieces that are effortful to wear especially for everyday wear and especially when it's hot. Think basics, that aren't so basic. Pieces that tick all the above boxes, whilst still adding a little extra something to your outfit.

Thankfully for me With Jéan created heaven with this piece -  satiny, stretchy magic. Pure comfort, yet so versatile, it has already become an all occasion staple in my wardrobe.

I remember when I first started sewing as a pre-teen, it was all about shirring. But I can say with great certainty, that nothing I ever created was this pretty... Probably why I stopped sewing if we're being honest. We all have our strengths, but apparently sewing is not one of mine.

I love the whole concept between this label too - essentially coming to fruition in order to create the perfect pieces to go with denim i.e. with jean(s).
